Singapore Financial Advisor

Qualifications/ Experience required :

» Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Economic or other relevant discipline
» 2-3 years experience in Sales on Retail-Banking Product in Indonesia or Singapore
» Currently holding substantial customer portfolio/ customer base would be an advantage
» Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin
» Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Special skills required, if any :

» Good interpersonal and communication skill
» Good looking and Pleasant appearance
» Cross country acquisition or service experience would be advantage
» Having the spirit to approach new customers
» Possessing skill in managing and maintaining customers
» Wealth management license in Singapore would be an advantage

Work Location: Chinatrust Singapore Branch.

A sales target of bank’s funding products will be assigned to you. You will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining affluent Indonesian customers to fulfill their financial needs. You will build and expand customer’s portfolio by providing product information to the potential customers in order to reach our sales objective.

You should have experience in wealth management and liability products. Besides having commercial awareness, you should be an excellent communicator, initiator and be result oriented and team up with other relationship bankers in PT Bank Chinatrust Indonesia.

Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd Incorporated in 2001, Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd (RQAM) is a Singapore-based company which manages One Raffles Quay (ORQ) and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), both of which are premium developments in Singapore’s new downtown at Marina Bay.

IT Project Manager
(Singapore - Raffles Place, One Raffles Quay)

Responsibilities:

As the IT Project Manager, he/she will:

1. Co-ordinate with and communicate user specifications to software developers/providers
2. Ensure systems are implemented with relevant customization (if any) according to systems specifications as agreed by end-users
3. Document the automated workflow and system manual for the systems being implemented
4. Plan and organize transition stage that includes end user acceptance testing and training for all end-users while assuring minimal impact on operations
5. Co-ordinate and ensure end-user testing is performed adequately on the software prior to implementation
6. Ensure that any customization of software is properly documented to facilitate future upgrades of systems.

Requirements:

1. This is a one-year contract position
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. A team player and process driven with eyes for details
5. Hands-on and able to influence stakeholders to work towards project deadlines
6. Good writing skills and have experience in projects documentation
7. Good communication skills and have experience in conducting end-user training upon project implementation
