IT Project Manager
(Singapore - Raffles Place, One Raffles Quay)
Responsibilities:
As the IT Project Manager, he/she will:
1. Co-ordinate with and communicate user specifications to software developers/providers
2. Ensure systems are implemented with relevant customization (if any) according to systems specifications as agreed by end-users
3. Document the automated workflow and system manual for the systems being implemented
4. Plan and organize transition stage that includes end user acceptance testing and training for all end-users while assuring minimal impact on operations
5. Co-ordinate and ensure end-user testing is performed adequately on the software prior to implementation
6. Ensure that any customization of software is properly documented to facilitate future upgrades of systems.
Requirements:
1. This is a one-year contract position
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. A team player and process driven with eyes for details
5. Hands-on and able to influence stakeholders to work towards project deadlines
6. Good writing skills and have experience in projects documentation
7. Good communication skills and have experience in conducting end-user training upon project implementation
