PT Adaro Indonesia is Indonesia’s largest coal mining company with its base of operations located 200 kms. north of the South Kalimantan provincial capital of Banjarmasin close to the town of Tanjung and employing more than 5,000 in its operations. Production commenced in 1991 and has increased steadily since that time with sales to both export and domestic markets reaching 18 million tonnes in 2001 making Adaro as Indonesia's largest coal producer.

Continuous Improvement Manager (Code: CIM)
Requirements:
1. Male / Female
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering
3. Experience at least 5 years handling Continuous Improvement Program
4. Good understanding in tools improvement such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc
5. Good command in English
6. Willing to be located at South Kalimantan
