For our Plant in Batam, we are looking for talented and well educated person to be placed in position:
HR Representative
Main activities:
1. Provides support to the design of organizational structures monitoring Human Resources related aspects on global policies
2. Support the coordination as a link between the functional area and HR areas (Compensation, Organization, Recruitment & Selection and Training)
3. Support Industrial Relation activities
4. Handling expatriates documents
Requirements:
1. University degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics or Psychology
2. Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources
3. Knowledge Indonesia Labor Law, Payroll and Income Tax, Jamsostek, Training, ISO 9001
4. Good English and computer proficiency
5. Previous experience in coordinating teams is an advantage
6. Personal attributes: organized, communicative, goals oriented
